When you have a surplus of an item don’t let it spoil in your refrigerator. Freeze it! However, when you freeze it make sure to break it down into portions that you will use in one sitting. It makes it so much easier for portion control and the best use of ingredients. It also saves on waste. I like to freeze 2 chicken breasts to a freezer bag or basically enough portions to suit your family or self. I like to cook in two’s. Save for four if you’re four, and so on.
