Now here’s a cocktail that’s bubbly, fiery red, and somewhat unexpected. Take your raspberry anaheim liqueur and mix with champagne to create the perfect sparkling bash to ring in the New Year with a little warmth and a lot of fun.
1/2 ounce raspberry anaheim liqueur
4 ounces chilled brut champagne
1 fresh raspberry
In a tall champagne flute, add liqueur and top 3/4 full with champagne. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and enjoy!
